Membership Kits are purchased directly through the KIDSWORLD Office, or through your child's Elementary School Fundraiser !

Once "Application Form" selection is opened, you have the option to either pay by credit/debit card or PayPal; or to complete the application form and mail as instructed below :
INSTRUCTIONS :
- Print the application/registration form; including your child's (children's) name(s) ; address; telephone #; age (s); and your signature, authorizing their membership in the program.
- if paying by cheque, please enclose your cheque, payable to KIDSWORLD, in the amount of $45.00 per child, (two (2) children would be $90.00) .
- mail to the KIDSWORLD Office at the address indicated on the application form..!
- we will mail your child's Membership Kit out the day we receive your application.
Remember....there are a very limited number of Memberships sold each season, so to ensure your participation in the program, we encourage you to respond immediately,...
