All events attended are FREE for BOTH the child + one (1) accompanying parent/guardian.

The $45.00 per child registered may be paid by including a cheque along with mailing your application,....
or choose to pay by debit/credit card, or PayPal, by activiting the "Buy Now" button....!
*** If Paying By Credit or Debit Card....please email to the KIDSWORLD office a copy of the confirmation from PayPal along with the name(s) of your child (children), age (ages) and telephone # to verify payment

There is an "instructions to merchant" box on the credit application form in which you can insert the children's names, ages, telephone # and any other istructions.....
**If Paying By Cheque, please MAIL this application form to KIDSWORLD office along with accompanying cheque....
Once membership application and method of payment has been received and verified,....a membership kit(s) will be mailed directly to your child (children) at their home address.......!
You may also choose to visit our office personally to purchase your membership kit(s) directly, paying by cheque or cash
(we do not accept credit/debit cards through the office)...
Remember : KIDSWORLD registration is restricted to 4 - 15 year old children. PLEASE DO NOT REGISTER BABIES/TODDLERS (or bring any children under the age of four (4) to any KIDSWORLD events).

RELEASE & INDEMNITY
In accepting my application, I understand and agree on behalf of myself and family members, to hereby discharge and hold harmless KIDSWORLD Entertainment (BC) Ltd...their representatives and the event/activities and appreciates that they will not be held liable for any injury, loss or damage to any person or property howsoever caused, arising out of or in connection with my family taking part in a KIDSWORLD Entertainment (BC) Ltd. organized event/educational activity; traveling to such activities and notwithstanding that the same may have contributed to or occasioned by the negligence of KIDSWORLD Entertainment (BC) Ltd., their representatives or agents. I have had the opportunity to review this Release and Indemnity.
I also hereby agree to abide by all rules, regulations and policies of KIDSWORLD and any breach may result in a termination of my family's membership and privileges.
